Contractors Steel was founded in 1960 and has since expanded to five facilities - three in Michigan, one in Ohio and one in Indiana. Contractors Steel, which employs 400, is ranked the 37th largest steel service center in the United States. It’s President and founder, Donald R. The implementation of Eniteo at Contractors was completed at the beginning of 2017 and has helped Contractors modernize its operation with cutting edge technology.

“After several months of testing and training in Eniteo, we went live on January 1, 2017 and haven’t looked back since,” added Tharp. “We experienced many obstacles along the way, but Enmark’s support staff was right there with us. With any new system and/or procedures you can expect to experience growing pains – we were no exception. The newly implemented procedures needed in order to adapt to the system’s processes created a lot of challenges among our employees. From the sales team, through the rest of the operation, our company was fundamentally pushed to adapt to the system – this was no easy task. It’s been nearly six months since going live and with the Enmark’s continued support we have worked through many of the obstacles we faced early on. I believe most of our staff is better acclimated with Eniteo and its functionality. We have a few items still on the Enmark “to do” list and we have no doubt they will deliver as promised. I personally cannot say enough about Enmark’s support team – they are wonderful to work with!”
